(4). Main structure
The machine is a fixed head, table moving structure, mainly made of table,bed, column, head, guideway, slide block, lubrication system, coolant system, operating panel and control system.
Bed (X,Y,Z axis):
Bed and table materials select high strength cast iron, resin sand molding.
The high-precision guideway support structure is adopted, and the position
and number of high-bearing sliders are rationally arranged on each linear guideway according to the mechanical principle, so that the machine can obtain high rigidity and long-term stable accuracy.
The transmission system adopts AC servo motor to drive the heavy load ball screw to rotate and realize the axial linear reciprocating movement.
Cradle turntable (A/C axis):
A/C axis is driven by DD motor direct drive, no indirect mechanical structure transmission, so that the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine can reach the best state; The cradle turntable does not need to be equipped with hydraulic equipment and uses compressed gas to drive the brakes. Use constant temperature oil cooling, so that the work is more efficient.
(5). Spindle
The spindle is an independent spindle unit, BBT40 spindle is driven by the servo motor directly, the spindle speed range 0—15000rpm, variable speed. The spindle has good accuracy, rigidity and thermal stability. The spindle bearings are all carefully adjusted and fixed in the optimal preload state. At the same time, special grease is used to minimize the temperature rise and with constant temperature oil cooling, low thermal deformation.
(6). Lubrication system
The guideway and ball screw of the whole machine adopt quantitative lubrication system, which can adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply amount at each lubrication point, and realize automatic centralized lubrication through electrical system control.
(7). Cooling system
The constant temperature cooling system can effectively cool the spindle and A/C axis to ensure the accuracy and stability of the main movement of the machine; The tool cooling system, i.e. the cutting fluid device and the cutting air blowing device, can take away the heat generated during the processing in time.
(8). Working light
The working area is equipped with lighting to adapt to night work.
(9). Alarm light
The machine is equipped with three-color light, indicating the operation of the program, the completion of the running cycle and the fault alarm information.
(10). Machine guard
Full protective cover to ensure safety.
